Experience the harmony of yoga in the serene embrace of nature. Join our outdoor yoga sessions where you’ll practice in the shade of lush trees, away from the harsh sun, and find a rejuvenating balance for your body and mind.

What You’ll Experience

Our yoga sessions combine holistic practices for detoxing, strengthening, and de-stressing:

• Kriya (Breathing Exercises): Cleanse and detoxify your body while enhancing your energy flow.
• Asanas (Physical Postures): Strengthen, stretch, and relax your body with gentle yet effective poses tailored to all fitness levels.
• Pranayama and Relaxation: Quiet your mind and melt away stress through breathwork and deep relaxation.

These sessions are beginner-friendly and include modifications for every body type, ensuring a safe and inclusive practice for all participants.

Class Details

• When: Fridays, 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM, or Sundays, 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
• Where: Meet 10 minutes before class at Botanical Garden MRT Exit A, Level 1. Your instructor will guide you to the practice spot.
• Pricing: $100 for four sessions, valid for eight weeks. Tickets close 48 hours in advance. Last-minute registrations are available via WhatsApp.
• What to Bring: A yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and comfortable exercise attire.

About Hwee Hwee

Hwee is a passionate yoga instructor and Reiki Level 3 practitioner with a profound understanding of healing and mindfulness. After overcoming personal injuries through yoga and Reiki, she now shares her journey to help others. Certified in Hatha Yoga from the esteemed Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in India, Hwee emphasizes mindful modifications to suit all practitioners.

Her approach integrates asana practice and meditation seamlessly, creating a space for you to relax, heal, and grow. With over a decade of meditation experience, Hwee believes that “we don’t do meditation; meditation happens to us.”
