Motherhood is a profound journey, one that begins long before the first cries of a newborn fill the air. It is a tapestry woven with love, sacrifice, resilience, and moments of joy and sorrow. Bhaskar’s Arts Academy invites you to experience this transformative journey through Amma, a heartfelt dance production exploring the essence of motherhood.

 From moments of unconditional love and selflessness to struggles and triumphs, the performance beautifully captures the intricate balance of joy, sacrifice, and resilience.

As part of Bhaskar’s Arts Academy’s CreationLab series, Amma is choreographed by Senior Company dancer Priyadarshini Nagarajah and guided by Senior Choreographer Ambujah Thiru. Enhancing the performance is Swathi, the Academy’s youth ensemble, led by resident vocalist Arasakumari Nagaradjane. Accompanied by music artists including Dr. Ghanavenothan Retnam, TV Sajith, TK Arunkumar, and Nelluvai Ragesh, the production offers a seamless fusion of dance and music.
